How are license models different from pricing?
The license model defines how a license works (perpetual, subscription, etc.). Pricing is set per product within each model. Each model page shows the available plans and their pricing.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately. We prorate the difference for the current billing period.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No. There are zero setup fees, zero per-transaction fees, and zero percentage of your revenue. You pay only the flat monthly fee for your tier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Revolut Pay — credit/debit cards and Revolut accounts. Enterprise customers can request invoicing with NET-30 terms.
Is the platform self-hosted?
Yes. The entire platform runs on your own VPS or cloud server. We provide Docker images and deployment scripts. Your data never leaves your infrastructure.
