Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately. We prorate the difference for the current billing period.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No. There are zero setup fees, zero per-transaction fees, and zero percentage of your revenue. You pay only the flat monthly fee for your tier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Revolut Pay — credit/debit cards and Revolut accounts. Enterprise customers can request invoicing with NET-30 terms.
Is the platform self-hosted?
Yes. The entire platform runs on your own VPS or cloud server. We provide Docker images and deployment scripts. Your data never leaves your infrastructure.
What happens if a payment fails?
We enter a grace period (configurable, default 7 days). Your existing licenses remain active. You receive notifications via the dashboard and NTFY push alerts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time. You retain access until the end of your billing period. Your data is exported on request.
